Covenants are designed to protect your investment and the investment of your neighbors. While this list highlights major items, it is not intended to be all encompassing. When building in Laurelwood you and your builder will be provided a complete set of documants for your review.
- The Developer shall have complete architechural control over all dwellings and site amenities to be constructed within the Subdivision.
- All builders must be approved.
- All house plans must be approved.
- All plans must include a Landscape Plan approved by the developer.
- Each residence must have a two car attached garage with a minimum for 484 square feet parking and an additional 120 square feet for storage.
- All buildings shall be of new construction.
- One-story residences shall have a minimum of 1,800 square feet
One-Half story residences shall have a minimum of 2,000 square feet
Two-story residences shall have a minimum of 2,000 square feet
Tri-level residences shall have a minimum of 2,800 square feet- All lots shall have a 30 foot setback for the front yard
- No sheds, pole buildings, barns, carports, detached garages or other out buildings
- No trailers shall be parked or maintained on any lot unless in a suitable garage
- Automobiles are to be parked in garages
- No fence or hedge more than 6 feet high and must be approved by developer
